Marketing Request Form

Welcome to the RE/MAX real estate Marketing Request Form!  The form was designed to give you the ability to order all your marketing needs from one single source.

Please follow these simple steps:

  1. Fill out the agent information (don’t forget your co-agent if applicable)
  2. If the information is for an active listing or a listing presentation fill out all the property information
  3. Select the desired items
    • Advertising Submissions (Morning Call, Real Estate Weekly, etc)
    • Open House Email Blast (public and broker's only)
    • Printed Materials (Pre/Listing Presentations, flyers, feature sheets, postcards, etc)
    • Online Materials (uploading photos, listings on Craigslist, Single Property Websites, etc)
    • Video Production (home presentation videos, home photo slideshows)
  4. Only the required information will appear once you make your selection.
  5. Please allow a minimum of 2 business days to complete your task depending on the workload of the Marketing Department.
  6. Jobs are done in the order which they are received. Pre/Listing presentation and Broker's Open House requests will take priority when possible.

If you don't enter a preferred number, the cell number the office has on file will be used.

Please provide 2 business days notice when possible. Depending on the workload of the Marketing Department, production time may be shorter than 48 hours. Please give as much notice as possible — one-week notice is preferred. Same-day production is not guaranteed.

Please enter the street name and number of the property.

Advertising Submissions


Since you're advertising for an open house, please fill out the Open House Email Blast section when you're finished with this one! That's where you'll enter the date and time of your open house.


Blue Mtn Gazette

Ads for the Blue Mtn Gazette are due to Amy by the 15th of the current month for the next month's publication.


Please indicate the photos in the order they appear in the MLS. If we do not have the original photos, we will use the lower quality MLS photos.

Home Gallery

Ads for the Home Gallery are due to Amy by Tuesday two weeks prior to publication.

This publication runs bi-weekly.


Please indicate the photos in the order they appear in the MLS. If we do not have the original photos, we will use the lower quality MLS photos.

Homes and More of Bucks, Montgomery, and Lehigh County

Ads for the Homes and More... are due to Amy by the 15th of the current month for next month's publication.

This is a monthly publication.


Please indicate the photos in the order they appear in the MLS. If we do not have the original photos, we will use the lower quality MLS photos.

New York Times - Great Homes and Destinations

Ads for the New York Times are due to Amy by Wednesday at 4 p.m.

This ad is online only, and runs 2 weeks as a nationwide listing with 10 photos on the New York Times website. All ads are $75 for 14 days.

Real Estate Monthly

Ads for the Real Estate Monthly are due to Amy by the 15th of the current month for the next month's publication.

This is a monthly publication.

The Express-Times

Ads for the Express-Times Homebuyers Guide are due to Amy by Tuesdays by 4 p.m.

Ads for the Express-Times Classified/In-column section are due to Amy by Thursdays by 11 a.m.

Open House Email Blast

Complete this section to have your Open House featured in our Open This Weekend! email blast. We will also list your Open House on the MLS, on the Morning Call website, on REALTOR.com, and on REMAX.com.

You can also use this form to submit Broker's Open Houses for the Save the Date! email blasts. We will print flyers to be posted in all three office locations.

Single Property Website

Every Single Property Website comes with a domain name, hosting, and site creation. You may also choose to order a sign rider with the domain name printed on it to add to your yard sign. You must inform us of exactly what size rider you require.

Hosting, domain, site, no rider: $35

Seller's Report

Coming Soon! Internal Email Blast
Complete this section to have your upcoming listing included in the Coming Soon! email blast sent only to RE/MAX real estate agents. Your submission will be added to the Haves/Wants section on Lone Wolf, and will remain in circulation until you request to have it removed, or once the property is listed as an active listing on the MLS.
Deadline for submissions is Monday at noon - submissions received after the deadline may or may not be included in the blast.
